All matlab scripts used to generate the main figures in the paper are contained in the respective subfolders along with 
the corresponding data files. Scripts for supplementary figures associated with each main figure are also included within
the respective subfolders. 

For Figs.1, S1 and S3, the associated python scripts used for the NEST simulations are also 
included along with the respective data files obtained from NEST simulations. 

NOTE: In Fig. S10, to generate the best-fit exponentials, the MATLAB function nlinfit (which is part of the Statistics Toolbox)
is used.

All the code in all subfolders is licensed under the Allen Institute Terms of Use, which can be found at:
