- 225 files in Affymetrix .CEL format containing original data from the "Transcriptional Architecture of the Primate Neocortex" study.  The samples include cortical layers from 10 neocortical areas, as well as hippocampus and dorsal lateral geniculate nucleus. 

- "expression_data_in_csv_format.zip" file containing normalized expression data for the 225 profiled samples and informatoin on the Affymetrix microarray.  More details can be found in "readme.txt" within the zip file.

- "Transcriptional_Architecture_of_the_Primate_Neocortex.doc" file containing further information about experimental protocols for this study.
