Overview This package includes drawings to enable manufacture and assembly of: Widefield 2" optics Cubes The widefield optics system is a suite of optical components that allow multiple filters, illumination sources, and cameras to be used in parallel. In addition to holding said instruments in alignment, the system also provides its own structural support and uses all female components that are docked using planar springs and clamp interfaces for easy manipulation and alignment. This allows an extremely modular 2” optical design that can be custom configured for an application since each pieces can connect to any other piece in the set. License © Allen Institute 2019.
